You are as misinformed about the law as you are about your prior posts trying to get people to e-mail you with personal information, ("PacificLawCenter") Your ISP's may change, but they all devolve to Cal., probably a collection agency.

The Electronic Funds Transfer Act allows ALL stop payments on ANY type of electronic transfer WITHOUT any liability.

In THIS Country, (still) the burden of proof is on the accuser,(in this case the scam CA) not the victim. EVENif t were a legitimate transaction, and they had received a benefit from the other party, all they would have had to do is to return whatever tey got.
