You are not getting a recorded title to your home anytime soon,and as I remember from your previous posts, your contract for deed is not recorded,so there is no way anything can be attached or liened.

Send in your answer,just claim indigency and state you (your husband) will show up at the court for a hearing to state your case.Do NOT admit to anything in the answer except name and address, for anything else, just say "no knowledge" Under the space for comments or other , state that you claim indigency.

When they receive the answer,(send a copy to the court, and one to the lawyer CRRR) they will either drop the case, or set a hearing date, if they set a hearing date you (your husband) should show up.
