Did you dispute the debt? Is this CA reporting on your credit report?

If it is being reported, and you did not dispute the account,then they have no obligation to reply.
You need to resend your letter, DISPUTING the entry, and follow it up with a dispute to the CRA's.

If it is NOT being reported, then you will likely hear nothng further as there are a lot of scam artists ca's trying to collect on overage accounts.
