I have been a recipient of one of their letters a week before I was to close on a home. I sent a C&D and told them I will sue them if they even think of putting this back in my credit report. I also mentioned that SOL is up and I will use that defense if they were dumb enough to sue me. I never got the green card back but it may have been lost in the mail as I moved shortly afterwards.
