Your State has some excellent laws about telephone harrassment, as does the FCC.

If they call again, advise them that their call is being recorded and you are filing charges against them with your, (and your employer's) telephone company, and the State AG's office for illegal telecommunication harrassment.Record them and file a complaint.

They have NO exemption in this case, as YOU do not owe them any money.
