Have you filed an answer claiming the SOL defense?
If not ,go to my webste, linked below, scroll to the bottom, click on "how to answer a lawsuit using the SOL defense"
The collection agencies all over are trying to sneak these default judgment through. If you answer properly, show up and defend your wife's rights, you should have no problem.

In addition, in your answer, if YOU are named in any way and were never on the card, make sure you deny that as well.

ALSO in your answer, make sure that your wife has NO proof of the collection agency's standing to pursue any cause of action against her.Or proof that they are licensed and bonded in Wash. State as a collection agency.
