We spend almost all our time here trying to help people who are fighting the unscrupulous collection agencies. These low life scam artists cheat and lie and harrass people to death.

You come along and say you have paid these scumbags in full, and expect a refund because they offered you a lower settlement.

Most likely, you didn't have to pay them a dime, since if they were offering a settlement you were likely beyond the SOL for legal collection.

If we seem "nasty" it is because we do not like to see them get away with their thieving, and if we take it out on you, it is because you only checked out your rights AFTER you had efectively relinquished them.

We do not expect these scumbag ca's to be generous enough to refund a dime of their ill gotten gains.
