calls about a car pmt

I was called 3 times in a 24 hr. period by the company that is financing my car. The first call I had made a promise to pay the following week. The next day I received another call about the same payment. I asked if anything was documented from the first phone call, the guy said it was not and I got mad becasue he got a smart mouth with me and I asked for his supervisor; he hung up. Not even 3 hrs later I got the same type of phone call from the same place wanting pmt arrangements. What recourse do I have against this rather large company.
