So why chat you think it would be a mistake to just ignore and not answer the complaint? I understand that they can bring a judgement that way,so your suggestion would be to answer and clain indigency? I asked the clerk at municipal court about filing a hardship form and she never heard of doing that. This is scary, and my husband wants to answer them with an offer of monthly payments,i told him if they were going to do that they would have agreed to that before, but they didnt, thoughts on that why chat? We have three options ,ignore and let them sock it to us with whatever they choose to do,answer them with an offer of payments, or try answering them with the indigency claim. If we answer with the indigency claim should we admit to oweing the money? Im afraid if it goes to court and gets brought back in a few times it will run into alot of money if we lose, and my husband is not good at talking about things like this,so the cc lawyer will probably get him confused. Well thanks for your thoughts on this,I know a decision will have to be made soon. Thanks
