Would you believe that I got a call from a debt collector yesterday and he actually used the f word with me? My daughter also happened to be listening in on the cordless so I have proof that he said it. He also said to my daughter that she was stupid and dumb. I know that this is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and I have filed a complaint with the FTC, Attorney General and with the BBB. I want to complain more & more. Any ideas who else I can complain to? I have also contacted a law firm about taking action against this company. I'm still in amazement that this happened but it really did.
