It is the same old story.CA sends initial notice.I comptiplate requesting validation, but blow it off.The thirty day time limit is up for doing so. Soooooo.....What will happen next on their part.When they send their next notice will I have the option of requesting validation at that time. TEXAS/ 1800.00/ RMA.(original creditor is Sears) The 4 year SOL is up in mid december.
