Mortgage companies that are "decent" will pull ALL 3 bureaus. If you haven't, I would suggest taking a look at all 3 bureaus to be prepared for what to expect. If there are any negative credit issues, you may want to address them BEFORE applying for a mortgage loan, so as to improve your chances of being approved. At a minimum, you'll save yourself some time.
