I don't own this website, neither does Why Chat, observer and the others who try to answer questions - we post here helping people who are in trouble because we care. We take our own time, we don't get paid, we just want to help. Like I have told a couple of others who were rude, would you like your money back?

There are polite way to say "Are you sure that's right?" You made no effort to be polite. Internet anonymity make some people turn into jerks, IMO.
