And, may I add (from experience). If YOU were the one who informed them that is had been paid, and you sent them your court docs as proof, don't dispute it, it will only move the "date verified" up and lower your score.

They keep those docs and that is what they use to verify - they will never check anything else, they can verify it in one day.

I learned the hard way with a paid tax lien. I sent them the proof it was paid. It would have been archived and they would have removed it upone dispute, if I hadn't sent them the docs. Live and learn.
