i am upside down on my auto loan; the interest is at 18% and just cant affored to pay the car or refinance it. what are my options? When I bought the car I could affored to mk the payments because I was in a different situation. Now my situation has changed completely and having a terrible time paying rent, utilities and a 300.00 a month car pmt. help
