well i explained my situation but is was only 1 card with about 11000. owed at that time & of course now with all their ripoff charges its gotta be up to 18000. but like i say im past SOL by about 3 months here in nevada ... if i were you & im ONLY speaking if it were me , id do nothing until you know for a FACT your getting sued than at that time & only at that time file bankruptcy other wise do nothing but hey thats just me ... since you own a home id say the chances of getting sued are maybe 90% without a home maybe 10% reguardless what anyone else may say on how much your debts are , their looking for assets like homes cash things they can grab or a high paying job in a state that your pay can be garnished .. good luck kelly .........
