When you say you are "settling" with Chase & Discover, do you mean you are dealing directly with them as original creditors, or do you mean you have made an agreement with a collection agency on those accounts.

And when you say "First USA" --whom are you dealing with?

How old are these accounts, that is, wen did you first become delinquent (past due) on them with the original creditors, and what State are you in?
