Have you consulted a BK lawyer? If so, and if he is willing to allow it, you may be able to send them a final offer from HIS office.

His fee for making sure all these "settlements" are done properly, with you getting 1099C for the written off amounts, instead of balances being sold to ca's would be worth it to you.
