I too am glad that I found this site. It does help to know that other people are in the same boat that I am. We aren't dead beats or trying to rip these CC companies off, sometimes life deals an unfair blow and things can't be controlled. Having good credit is what got us in this mess to begin with, the more credit cards you get the more they send and the more you want. I will never, and I repeat never get another credit card. I cannot go through this anguish again. As far as debt collectors go...they can all go blow it out their ears. As I have written to several of them, paying off my credit card debt isn't and cannot be a priority right now. God bless us all.
