Thank you. See, I didn't know there was such a thing as an asset search. lol There isn't any money in our checking account, but would it be best to put it strictly in my husbands name to stop the chance that at some point they might try to take money from it?
You have been such a big help to me today Kelly. I really appreciate it. I a breathing a little easier this evening. God knows if I had the money I'd pay them instead of going through all this.
