Owe $500 in Missouri- will they sue me?

I owe $500 on a 2 1/2 year old debt in Missouri
and just received a notice from a Law Firm with the mini-miranda on the bottom.
Since this debt has gone from 2 collection agencies to this lawyer- do you think he will sue me for $500??
or this just another collection tactic?
