well the only way they can take ANY of your money from any back accounts is by a judgement through the courts & to be honest "in my opinion" unless your talking about like many thousands of dollars in the bank i really dont see them messing going after anything under like a 1000 dollars in any account but just my opinion on that .. dunno how you get paid from work but if im you i wouldnt get anything via direct deposit just have them hand you your paycheck .. like i say i dont know of your "exact" situation but seems like you dont have very many assets for them to try to grab so really again just my opinion but if i were you id get that caller ID & relax , oh sure they'll give you tons of empty threats & huff & puff till their tired of getting nowhere but so what .. again like i say if you have no money & you really are in a desperate financial situation then their not going to get anything anyways but sometimes even a blind squirl finds a nutt if their desperate enough lol , i think your fine though .. kel
