Yes, I am in Missouri- It is a medical bill due to a doctor and it is 2 and a half years old.

Would I have any chance of negotiating a settlement with this Lawyer? If so, how do I do that?

I am really worried that if I don't pay- they will sue me and then I will have to pay the additional costs that would be incurred.
