If I only receive half of what I'm asking, we sahould have enough to pay off all of the CC's. Unfortunately though, if it does go to court, I'd be looking at another years wait and would then have to rethink.

If I file BK now, and then receive a settlement on the auto accident in a year, how will it affect it?
