I use Skylight Bank out of Atlanta. It's owned by BankOne (I think) Thier number is 1800-686-3363. It's direct deposit only. It's easy to set up. You get an ATM card, which you can use wherever ATM cards are accepted. Once you have you account set up, you can use the account to make auto-payments, etc. You can even "send" e-checks with the routing and account numbers. They charge like $6 or $7 a month. I looked around a lot before finding this bank, and I like it.

I am very pleased with it so far (a little over a year). Downside is that if you want to deposit regular checks, you have to get Post Office money orders (although I've never done it... I just sign over misc. checks I get to someone I know, and get the cash that way).
