When were you FIRST delinquent on this account, (first month past due) and when did you make your last payment to the credit card company on a regular monthly statement.? What State are you in? If you answer those questions we will be able to better advise you, as the different States have different rules. Yes, it is always shown on your credit report twice, once with the OC, showing charged off and assigned, with a 0 balance,and once with the ca who has it now.
