I am 25 yrs. old and single. I have a judgement being filed against me for a repo. It is for 14,000 dollars. I don't know if I should file bankruptcy or not (I owe about another 3,000 already in collection). Is a judgement less harmful than bankruptcy. With my current income it would take me 3 years to pay everything off and that is using ALL of my money that doesn't go to bills. What should I do?
