OC unable to find my acct#. Help!

I disputed a chase acct# as not mine, and they got verified twice by experian *twice* (TU and EQ promptly removed it the first time). I wrote their executive offices and they called me back saying that they researched the issue "extensively", and they could not find the account. The lady I spoke then asked if I could send a copy of the report I got from experian so they can know what to tell experian. Anyone with experience with this? I don't know if I should be sending then my entire report, or just a portion of it. They say they can't find the account yet, experian says it's there. I need adivse here, please!
