Tx has it's own Debt Collection Act which protects you from harrassment by original creditors. You can start by filing a complaint against the creditor at the site linked below. If you wish, and can find a lawyer to help you, or do it yourself, you can file in your local court a claim against the creditor AND the person who sicked her boyfriend on to you for violations of the Tx act & invasion of privacy.
