I disputed the accounts, and were verified by experian. I did *write* chase telling them about this. It was from my letter that I got a call back telling me they dont have any record of me anywhere.

My main problem now is that she is asking me to fax a copy of my credit to them, and not sure if they have the right to ask for my credit report. So thats my question. I was wonder if I should simply get information from this woman faxed to me saying that they dont have my account, and then send it to experian saying they need to delete the tradeline.
