i know your confused upset scared & quite honestly most of us at 1 time another were also been feeling that exact same way about what your going through but education is POWER .. ok your in michigan so thats a start but you need to provide other information such as do you own a home or rent do you have many assets ie cars paid off & bank accounts .. i know that seems personal to give out but the actions that the creditors may or maynot take GREATLY DEPENDS on their chance of recovering money & other assets .. write back in with that type of info & i promise that you'll get some solid info that'll give you facts on what you can expect from the card companies .. theres lots of really well informed people on this forum that im sure will help ya out .. bye , kelly ..............
