I'm in California. Last payment on debts 4-98. Hiring an attorney to negotiate 2 debts down and try for complete deletion. Will this work?
What if any tricks might collection agencies try and pull?
If it's all in writing is that sufficient?
Any letters or sites with concrete sample letters so you won't be haunted in the future? thanks
