my opinion only but cali's SOL is 4 years if this is on a credit card debt & if you have no judgement on these accounts against you right now the debt CANNOT be collected on so again in my opinion PAY THEM NOTHING !! YOUR CREDIT WILL BE FEE & CLEAR BY april 2005 so wait it out other wise theres a HIGH probability you'll pay on these accounts now & once again restart the 7 years on louzy credit on your reports all over .. leave it be it my opinion .. kelly
