First USA - UPS delivery - Anyone gotten one ?

Ok, I'm dealing with FUSA (total scumbags !) on 2 accounts. One was an original FUSA account I had and cancelled myself after they started their rate hiking BS about 4 months after I'd gotten the account. The 2nd is a Wachovia account that was sold to FUSA. I was away for 2 weeks vacation and had a pet sitter looking after my cats. She just told me that I had gotten a UPS delivery from 'BankOne'..which is FUSA. Could be a tactic, I know. I'm rarely home, so they end up talking to my answering machine (my pc) ALL the time and I never return their calls.. not worth the aggravation. The Wachovia account is scheduled to charge-off this month, and the other FUSA I think charged-off last billing cycle. Has anyone gotten anything similar from FUSA, BankOne or any of its other 'aliases' ? Would they send a summons via UPS ?? I haven't been home yet to see this thing for myself.. now I'm worried. I may be filing BK sooner than I'd planned to if it IS a summons.
