ladynred , sorry cant help you on that cause i have no idea but their getting very tricky so it sure wouldnt surprise me .. just a bit of info on the BK deal , looks as if the senate is prepared to call for their famous lameduck session for mid to late november & "i guess the house will follow suit" & IF thats the case these lameducks WILL PASS the BK reform bill at that time & the president will sign it in early december meaning it'll be the new law by may 2003 .. THE ONLY reason their going to hold a lameduck session is to pass this pig of a bill & no other real meaning full reason , see how they operate they'll force this pig of a bill through AFTER the elections & SELL OUT all their principles for the 63 million in ummmmmmm "contribution" money , hey great way to lead by example huh .. just my opinion but still no rush for you to file BK just yet but your right if that ups deal is a summons for 100% certain if me i'd file at that time .. bye , kel .....
