Not WhyChat but.. The debt is WAY past the SOL in CA. They cannot legally sue you for this debt and they can't collect on it. Send the CA a Cease and Desist letter stating never to contact you again as the account is past the SOL and time-barred. WhyChat has a great letter just for this purpose on his site. Tell them to suck rocks !
