wooooohoooooo , im glad when ANY court rules against those attorneys & card companies becouse MOST of the time they break the damn laws against states SOL laws & such & really its about time , i mean what makes THEM better than the average crook , only difference i see is that their much smarter in getting off or around the law becouse they know enough about the laws to thereby "skate" the law .. nice reading lady put a big smile on my face thats for sure :) , kel
