OK, I'm confused. Did you GET a UPS delivery or did you get a CALL or other notice of 'attempted delivery"? Capital One's CA called me, stating they were UPS and trying to make a delivery. I gave them my work address & phone number so they could deliver it there. As I later found out, this was merely an attempt to locate my home and work information ... in which they were successful because I told them! I think this is "false and deceptive", but so far, all complaints seem to have fallen on deaf ears. I'm told this is a LEGAL tactic. The one I haven't complained to: UPS. Maybe they should hear from the two of us? If you aren't expecting anything (I wasn't either, but it was near my birthday, so who knew?), I doubt they have a delivery, especially since there has been no 2nd attempt. I don't think UPS make phone calls either. They make a delivery attempt and leave a notice. Then on the 2nd attempt, if a signed card is not present (or the actual person), the package is returned. Don't give up information like I did, make them work for it!
