i might be wrong on this but me personally if they called again id answer the phone & tell them to drop dead in spades than slam the phone down !!! than id next get called ID & screen my calls & never talk to those LOSERS ever again , control your phone dont let your phone control you .. most importantly , id send a certified letter return reciept requested saying STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT , they'll leave you alone after that & "i believe" the dates you mentioned this loan is now past SOL for being inforced but make sure on that before you go by what id do in this situation .. see id get mad about them calling me in that tone so thats THE ONLY reason id say answer their next call telling them to drop dead , id feel better lol .. kelly
