Yes, I have been critical of your advice, twice. When I see someone giving legal advice that is absolutely 100% wrong, I am compelled to advise people of that.

You have a web page that is filled with plenty of information. You give people on this board help with their problems. Those are very good things.

You are not a lawyer and you have misinterpreted BOTH of the statutes that I have told you about. If you wanted to check the historical record of how this statute came to be you would discover that that is EXACTLY what the statute requires. When a collector receives 24 checks, all dated a month apart, the collector is to advise the consumer EVERY time that a check is going to be deposited and that notice must be within 3 to 10 days prior of the deposit.

Why don't you ask a lawyer that you know??? You have not been able to show me any law or case that disproves what I have stated.
