There are no income limits. Basically, if you have no assets and you don't have the income to pay all monthly expenses, you can get all of your unsecured debt discharged. Most bk lawyers give a free initial consultation. Gather up all of your bills and,your income information and make an appointment. SOme things like student loans and court ordered child and/or spousal support can't be discharged.
