The 9th circuit ruled in Nelson's favor months ago. Go to www.bankersonline.com and click on "courtwatch". Then, select "Fair Credit Reporting Act". It'll give you the complete decision. Also, go to www.ftc.gov and click on legal. You'll find a heading for "Amicus Briefs" and this will be the FTC's opinion that they presented to the court on behalf of Nelson.
IMHO, this is some damn good law.
