My father had a business that he had my cousin sign for a American Express Corporate Card. He gave me a card as a authorize user for purchases of office supplies or whatever. Well the company has basically folded and they didn't pay they American Express. American Express is now trying to come after My cousin and I. Is it possible for them to come after me as a AU?
