I live in Missouri and I have judgement that has been on my credit report for seven yrs now. The creditor has not sought additional payments & I am unable to financially satisfy the debt. At this point, can I have the judgement removed from my credit report eventhough I did not pay the debt in full? I believe I can. If so, how do I go about it? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
