Get a BK lawyer to call them on your behalf. Even if you have NO INTENTION of filing BK.

They CAN demand. What they are forbidden by law to do is deposit before post date.

But hey -- it HAPPENS. Even by accident.

And your BANK does not care about a POSTDATE.
