I am two months from ch13 payoff.My wife and i filled 5 years ago. I caught my wife signing checks on my account. this happened 5 years ago, I then found out she has 9000 in credit card debt from preapproved credit cards. I do not know who is worse credit card companies or my wife., # cards are from capital 1 one from providian. I love my wife! What can i do?
