Yeah...I got a notice they're increasing my % rate to an ungodly amount. When I contacted them they said they were doing this to everone not just selectively. I told them the letter I received was based on a review of my credit. I've had the card for 3 years and haven't missed a payment. Are all these Providan tactics legal? I see they are in big trouble in CA.
