That's a thought. Since my account is/was a Providian visa and the it's being converted (not sold) to an Emerge mastercard, I had thought maybe it was a new section of providian. There is a new cs e-mail and 800 # that will be used for the emerge account. As of yesterday, may CL was the same and the card was still active. Guess I will have to wait till tomorrow to find out more.
