"Observer"'s comments are correct. The tip-off to this "Katherine"- aka ca troll's lack of knowledge is her reference to a 15 year Ohio SOL,that is for written contracts ONLY, not cc accounts which are OPEN-ENDED and have a 4 year Ohio SOL.

In addition, the statement that the CRA's will make any corrections or deletions based on a consumer's imput is a JOKE.
