Take ch7 BK, get a fresh start,you will be left with your student loans and nothing else to pay.The cc companies especially Providian are suing very quickly lately. Your c7BK will stay on your report for 10 years, but the underlying debts will come off in 7 years from your first delinquency. File BEFORE you are sued, as it is sometimes difficult to get the judgments off your record,and depending on your State, they can affect you for up to 20 years. The cc acounts will be shown as included in BK.
